Richard is passionate about the American story—the lives, the innovations, the triumphs, and even the things we’d sometimes rather forget—that make our country like no other. He shares the little nuggets of American history that we may have forgotten or maybe didn’t even know. And he strives to offer some historical perspective by showing us slices of our past so that we can all make sense of our present and our future.
Richard has written several books on such topics as the Vietnam War, the counterculture of the 1960s, space exploration, and more. You can see a complete list of his books at Amazon.com.
